How we landed in Lincoln, NH
In 1986 we came to Lincoln on our honeymoon. We fell in love with the town and the people; and decided we had to find a way to stay. It had always been a dream of ours to own our own business. With my love and passion for cooking and Ronnie's entrepreneurial panache; we knew we had a winning combination. We spent lots of time working together on our Hot Dog Truck at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro; so we also knew that we complemented each other well. 1995, after Ronnie served 25 years on the Massachusetts State Police, he was ready to retire. We packed up and moved to our new home; a 2 family house. We moved into the small apartment upstairs and started renovating the downstairs, now the home of Flapjacks Pancake House. We served Seafood, burgers and gallons of Chowder for 8 years as the White Mountain Chowder House and New England Chowder Company before the birth of Flapjack's in 2004. We are now in our 7th season and are so proud to have the opportunity to offer you the "Bestest Breakfast".
